Idaho First named a Preferred Lender with US Small Business Administration
Idaho First Bank (OTC symbol: IDFB) today announced that the Bank has received the prestigious Preferred Lender Program (PLP) status from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Idaho First Bank's SBA department, headed by Casi Barinaga, Senior Vice President and SBA Administrator, worked very closely with the Agency to comply with all program requirements and the approval status will be in effect for all Bank locations. Idaho First is the only bank headquartered in Valley County to have the Preferred Lender Program Status. Obtaining approval status to operate under the SBA's PLP substantially improves the response times for the Bank's SBA lending process.
