ASSISTANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Idaho First Bank is looking for a full-time Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to join our Boise team.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Spread and analyze financial information
  • Order and interpret credit reports
  • Determine value of collateral and review independent appraisal reports
  • Make underwriting recommendations to the Relationship Manager and Chief Credit Officer
  • Assist in monitoring loans through tracking and aid the Relationship Manager in the timely collection of financial information
  • Accompany the Relationship Manager to site inspections
  • Maintain current financial information consistent with loan approval and ensure maintenance of the credit file
  • Minimize risk and potential loss through review of financial information for loan compliance
  • Manager maturing loan reports; covenant compliance and maintain necessary information to comply with loan approval
  • Work, monitor, and collect past due accounts
  • Various other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA) in Finance or Accounting preferred and/or 2 years experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced experience, knowledge and training in financial statement and ta return analysis
  • Immediate knowledge of related state and federal lending and compliance regulations and other Bank lending policies.

CLIENT AND BANK SUPPORT SPECIALIST I
Idaho First Bank is looking for a full-time Client and Bank Support Specialist to join our McCall team.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Performs account verifications to ensure required information per policy has been obtained and documents have been properly completed and scanned
  • Performs daily bank management reviews
  • Assist with bank operations
  • Process return mail
  • Review daily reports, certify, and update OFAC SDN list
  • Review new loan edits for accuracy
  • Various other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or GED and one (1) year of related experience and or training.  Work related experience should consist of cash handling, branch and loan operations and customer service through a financial institution.
