CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER I
Idaho First Bank is looking for a full-time Customer Relationship Manager I to join our Boise team.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Process currency, coin and negotiable instruments in a timely manner
  • Ability to balance cash drawer daily
  • Maintain awareness of Bank products and services to ensure proper referrals
  • Operate computer terminals and resolve problems within given authority
  • Obtain sufficient information and/or documentation from customers and solve problems relative to processing and servicing
  • Excellent customer service and cash handling skills
  • Basic math skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma and 1 year of related banking experience
  • Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets in non-standardized situations
  • Intermediate understanding and experience working with computer systems

EXPERIENCED BRANCH OPERATIONS MANAGER
Idaho First Bank is looking for a full-time Experienced Branch Operation Manager for our McCall branch.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Extensive experience, knowledge and training in branch operation activities, terminology and products and services
  • Knowledge of related state and federal banking compliance regulations, bank operational policies and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to provide leadership, supervision and training for bank employees using positive supervisory techniques to ensure maximum productivity
  • Ability to deal with complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
  • Consumer lending experience a plus
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - two (2) or three (3) years of related experience and/or training  or combination of both
  • Previous management experience
