At Your Service And On Your Side

We don’t take a formulaic approach. We ask questions, listen to the answers and provide the best plan and product mix to support clients’ individual successes while considering their time and resources. And though we offer convenient online resources to manage banking at their fingertips, we will not pass them off to an automated system. We walk alongside them when they need us most. From the first call...the first visit...the first account...the first loan, we are here. That’s not simply good ad’s what sets us apart. Because for us, People, and Community are always FIRST.

The Idaho First Difference

For many companies, this is cliche—for us, it’s fact. We celebrate building a team that takes their jobs personally and treats others as they want to be treated: with respect, empathy, patience and kindness. Because we understand banking needs are imperative to daily life and building a sustainable future, we go beyond the standard “check a box” for our customers.
