Greg Lovell, President and Chief Executive Officer, has been CEO of Idaho First Bank since its organization in 2005. Mr. Lovell has an extensive banking and bank consulting background. He is the former Chairman, CEO and President of First Bank of Idaho, FSB of Ketchum, Idaho and prior to this he was Senior Vice President of Bank of America, N.A. Mr. Lovell graduated from Brigham Young University of Provo, Utah in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics. He obtained a Masters Degree equivalent from Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle, Washington in 1995.

Don Madsen, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, joined the Bank as CFO in February, 2007. Mr. Madsen had held various accounting positions over 18 years, including CFO of Idaho Banking Company in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Madsen graduated from Brigham Young University of Provo, Utah in 1978 with a Master of Accountancy Degree. Mr. Madsen is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant.

Chris Kirk, Senior Vice President, joined the bank in June, 2006, as Chief Credit Officer. Prior to that Mr. Kirk was one of the founding organizers and directors of Idaho First Bank. Previously, Mr. Kirk owned and operated Kirk Enterprises, a premier custom home construction firm in McCall, Idaho. He was also a National Bank Examiner with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency from 1978 to 1981. He graduated from the University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with an emphasis on accounting.

Gerald Jutting, Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer, joined Idaho First Bank in June, 2008. Mr. Jutting has more than 40 years of broad ranged banking experience and has specialized in commercial lending. Prior to joining Idaho First Bank, Gerald headed up the commercial and consumer lending areas for Home Federal Bank in Nampa, Idaho. Gerald moved to the Treasure Valley in 1981 and spent 30 years working for First Interstate Bank (Wells Fargo Bank) in Arizona and Idaho. Mr. Jutting has graduated from two advanced banking schools and has completed numerous banking and accounting classes offered through the American Institute of Banking as well as other external and internal training offerings.
