Natalie Barry is a retired teacher from the secondary education system of the State of California. She is active in community and charitable activities and serves on the Board of Directors of the McCall Memorial Hospital’s Foundation. Ms. Barry graduated from San Diego State University in 1965 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. In addition Ms. Barry earned a post graduate Teaching Credential in Secondary Education.

James Fletcher is the former Senior Vice President of Univar Corporation, the world’s largest industrial chemical distributor that supplies products and distribution services to all major industrial markets. Mr. Fletcher oversaw worldwide business development and served on the board of Univar Europe. For the past six years he has also served as Chairman of the Board of Vacation Internationale, which owns and operates 28 vacation resorts in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Mr. Fletcher graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle in 1965 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and in 1971 with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. In addition, Mr. Fletcher is a former senior partner in Preston & Gates, now one of the largest law firms in the country, where he headed the real estate practice, and was involved in taking both Microsoft and Starbucks public.

Dan Krahn is President and part owner of Krahn’s Home Furnishings, the largest furniture store in McCall, Idaho. Mr. Krahn is active in local community and charitable activities, and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for McCall Memorial Hospital. He graduated in 1978 from the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.

Larry LaRocco is chairman of LaRocco & Associates, Inc., a public affairs consulting firm, and was recently the president of Neo-Kinetics, a Coeur d’Alene based software company. He is the former President of Fleishman-Hillard Government Relations in Washington, D.C. and served as the President of the United States Association of Former Members of Congress. He was previously managing director of the ABA Securities Association, and the ABA Insurance Association, affiliates of the American Bankers Association (ABA). Prior to joining the ABA, Mr. LaRocco served two terms in the U.S. House of Representatives from Idaho’s 1st District. While in Congress, Mr. LaRocco served on the House Banking and Natural Resources Committees. Prior to serving in Congress, he was a Vice President with Piper Jaffray, Inc. and Shearson Lehman Hutton.

Terry Robinson is the former President and CEO of North Bay Bancorp of Napa, California and the former CEO of The Vintage Bank, which was purchased by Umpqua Holdings Corporation in the second quarter of 2007. Mr. Robinson graduated from the University of Idaho in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and the from the University of California at Berkley, California in 1973 with a Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance. He is formerly a licensed Certified Public Accountant with the State of Idaho.

Brenda Totorica was a co-owner of Lake Shore Disposal, Inc. for 24 years. Ms. Totorica is currently semi-retired and manages Totorica Rentals, LLC. Previously, she was employed by First Security Bank of Idaho in its Human Resources and Branch Management Departments.
